Looks: Tall for his age (6'0") with a scarecrow like build and pale skin. He's not a big guy, but he's fast and limber. He has ragged black hair that is constantly falling in his eyes, which are bright blue. Kind of a pretty boy, with sharply cut cheek and jaw bones.
Personality: Kell is quiet but mischievous, a trickster by nature. This will often get him into trouble, which he is good at getting out of. He is very sly, a very good liar, and has been know to steal, though at heart is a good guy. He may steal tools, but he wouldn't steal food or essentials from others. He's very friendly and talkative.
Power: Two Bar. Kell can fly, though it's more like levitation. He can't fly faster than fifty miles per hour (as heightened/prolonged wind resistance at higher speeds wouldn't be good for his skin) but he can go up several hundred feet, as long as the air doesn't get too cold/thin. (Or as long as he doesn't hit the top of the dome.) Kell can fly with extra weight, but he has to actually
carry it since his flight doesn't transfer to other people/object, so it tires him very quickly. He HAS to wear goggles when he's flying faster than thirty miles per hour. He keeps the large, orange lens goggles around his neck. He CAN float in place, or upside down, sideways, est. and does so often, sometimes involuntarily when he's nervous. His power originates from his hands, which he uses to direct himself with.
Think Iron Man, only with a lot more precision.
Weapons: A hunting knife that use to belong to his dad
History: Born in Seattle, Kell moved to Perdido Beach when his dad died when he was nine. He's lived in the town ever since with his mom, and knows every inch of the place, like most other kids. He likes to chill out on the beach or in the sky when he's not doing anything, sometimes thinking of his mom when doing so.
He often works now that he's in the FAYZ to keep busy. He'll usually fish or help pick cabbage, since he could just fly away if the Zekes ever bothered him. Sometimes he tries to hunt small birds, but has yet to catch one.
